Once in a while you'll get a simpletest just hang when you run it in the GUI. Here is one thing which may help you:
Go to
sites/mediatribe.net/files/files/simpletest/[test run number]/error.log
In there you might find some indication about what the problem, for example a PHP error in the test itself.
